Oliv and Associates designed a Poster series for the San Francisco African American Historical and Cultural Society's Black Art Exhibition held at their Fort Mason Center Gallery. Listing 21 Artists, and integrating the design with an original artwork proved a challenge with the creative and efficient use of space. The Poster needed to include the Art image, Schedule, Location, Society Banner for sponsorship and each Artist's name. Oliv andAssociates was able to accommodate the design elements and the desire of the Client to promote each Artist. Posters were displayed at local businesses, civic centers and cultural sites throughout San Francisco.

The Annual Report for an organization must present the Mission, Highlights for the Year, Financial Statements and Milestones for the Future. Oliv and Associates worked very closely with the Historical and Cultural Society's President, Archivist and Librarian to compile the necessary information for the 12-page Annual Report. Layout included individual pages, table of contents, and artwork. The report was distributed to members, foundations, and grantors. Used as a marketing piece, the report supported promotion of the organization to potential members and funders.

Our coordinated efforts resulted in completion of a two-sided, one-fold, four-color invitation that was direct mailed to attendees. Continued...

Oliv and Associates also supported the Interior Design Program of San Francisco State University with providing a consistent design theme based upon elements within the invitation. Continued...

The invitation listed 50 of the Most Important African Americans in Technology within a succinct graphic format. This invitation mailing proved to be a stellar project for Oliv and Associates.

Oliv and Associates designed marketing insert for manufacturer of Car Accessories--Axius, in Del Rio, Texas. This project intailed creating a unique design concept including barcode and the actual image of seat covers. Each insert was color coded for specific Seat Cover shade and design. More than 150,000 of these inserts were printed for distribution for this major subsidiary of Shell Oil Company.

Oliv and Associates designed a Corporate Identity Package for The Mulder Group, a performance management consulting firm for executives and organizations. Our team worked very closely with the President of the firm, Armand Mulder, to develop a design concept that represented the business and its clientele. A consistent design theme was used for letterhead, envelopes and business cards.
